Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about a faulty laptop I bought in your shop, and also about the inadecuate attention from the shopassistant.
On Saturday 3 October I went into your shop to look at a laptop. I decided to ask the shopassistant for advise but, to my surprise, she had not idea how the laptop works. So I chose what I thought that it was the best option.
When I tried to operate my new laptop at home it did not work. The screen always was off. I could not use any program.
I phoned your store to ask for assistance yesterday at the evening, but I only got a recorder message. As I need to use the laptop immediately, I do not much time to sort out this problem.
I should be gratefull if you could arrange either for a technician to come and put the fault right, or for a full refund.
